Multi Skilled Trades Person

Looking for a reliable multi-skilled tradesperson in the Hastings/St Leonards area. Private individual, one-off and possible ongoing work.
Trades needed: carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, rendering, guttering work, and dealing with leaks on, e.g., a façade. To have availability for the nearby future, to be able to plan and structure a renovation of a flat or loft area and/or facade, to be able to think ahead, understand H & S , risk from heights, working from heights, and to give lists so that we can buy materials ahead of time, you will need to be around for deliveries and to meet, e.g., a scaffolder.
Please outline what you feel about heights, of averse to it. Please message me with either a CV or outline of experience, tickets/certs you have, & ideally with pictures of work you have completed, and outline availability, as of next week from Tuesday. So that we can arrange for a casual / informal face-to-face chat.
