The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast paced, project orientated environment and strives for perfection in all that they do. The role will require you to manage a range of different IT related projects mainly infrastructure related but there may be a small number of applications projects. These projects will be for cloud based systems or property IT Infrastructure projects at some of the client’s 40+ sites across the UK.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n \n\n \n\nIdeally you will be able to commute to the office in Bexhill once/twice a week, but this may be negotiable depending on your location.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n \n\n \n\n Key Skills & Experience: \n\n \n\n \n \n\n \nIT management experience\n \nProven experience with Infrastructure design and decision making\n \nProven ability to inspire and mentor high performance teams\n \nAbility to manage transition and deliver technology solutions\n \nHands on Azure experience\n \nOffice 365 experience including Skype, Teams and other key 365 applications\n \nHands on Network and IP telephony experience preferably Avaya and contact centre system knowledge\n \nAbility to develop a comprehensive understanding of all business plans, and relate that knowledge to identified operational and IT related initiatives\n \nKnowledge necessary to propose relevant IT responses to changing business and project risks\n \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills — including the ability to effectively communicate concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences\n \nStrong skills as a negotiator, to facilitate commitment to change and service improvements with the appropriate level of judgment and maturity\n \nHigh degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision\n \nAbility and willingness to travel as required ensuring project success\n \nExperience of Scrum/Agile Projects\n \nStrong Communication skills both verbal and written\n \nGood Microsoft Office skills\n \nExperience of Microsoft Azure Projects\n \nKnowledge Azure/Cloud related projects\n \nDesire/ability to work successfully in a fast-moving company environment\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n \n\n \n\n Responsibilities: \n\n \n\n \n \n\n \nManage IT related Projects\n \nProvide Project management for IT Infrastructure elements of Property Developments\n \nEnsure Projects are resourced correctly\n \nProduce project plans detailing tasks and resources required\n \nLiaise with Property department on client infrastructure related projects\n \nProduce regular updates on project progress to the IT Director\n \nDeveloping, planning, building and optimising IT Infrastructure, particularly Azure technologies. \n \nEnsure incident and problems management processes are mature with strong communication plans\n \nManage and cultivate a high-performing team, investing the time to ensure efficient team utilisation and productivity; and that project management methodologies are upheld where appropriate to these teams and workloads\n \nTo deliver IT Infrastructure projects successfully, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales, scope and budgets\n \nReporting on all projects within the Infrastructure projects queue ensuring a high level dashboard is available highlighting risk, budget discrepancies and successes\n \nDevelop, measure and monitor IT system availability and performance standards\n \nManage IT service performance, availability and capacity; Ensure Azure capacity is measured providing capacity reports and appropriate availability in line with demand forecasting\n \nDemonstrate and test service continuity plans and ensure systems perform to agreed RPO and RTO recovery times\n \nEnsure Infrastructure budgets are adhered to and expenditure is optimised and reduced with particular focus on SaaS, Azure and cloud service costs\n \nManage multiple IT vendors ensuring adherence to agreed KPIs\n \nEnsure regular service delivery meetings are held, act as a key escalation point and feed into contract negotiation for renewed and enhanced services\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n \n\n \n\n Location: Bexhill/Remote\n\n \n\n \n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n Candidates must be eligible to work in this country. \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n \n\n \n\nCatch Resource Management is a leading provider of Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, NetSuite and other ERP resources to both end users and to product suppliers/authors. My client is a stunning 50bed - 4* beachfront hotel on the East Sussex Coast with quality 80cv brasserie and 50cv beachfront terrace looking for an Executive Head Chef.
The hotel has a quality seafood focused brasserie style restaurant servicing around 250-300cv per day during the summer at 1AA rosette standard and some of the liveliest and best dining in the area with a plan for new menu concepts and looking forward to a very busy Summer period with banqueting space up 150cv maximum capacity.
The Role: Executive Head Chef
Role Criteria
The ideal Executive Head Chef will have previous 1-2AA rosette background, good quality and volume experience alongside a skilled team with 4 or 5 star hotel experience.
The Executive Head Chef will be responsible for maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
The Executive Head Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
The Exec Head Chef will be reporting directly into the General Manager.
The successful Exec Head Chef will have at least 2 years experience at Senior Sous or Head Chef at 1AA rosette level or higher within a similar operation.
