Key Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant teaching experience
- Experience in a leadership or management role within an educational setting
- Strong understanding of SEN and experience working with autistic children
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, driving high standards and continuous improvement
