Anyone using the contact forms on our website to promote their own business or personal activities without prior consent from the advertiser is in infringement of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and the messages will be classed as spam.

By ticking the box that you agree to the terms and conditions, you agree not to send such messages.

Should you choose to ignore this you will automatically agree to be invoiced at £3.50 per spam message sent. Proceeds from this will be split 50/50 between the advertiser (as compensation for receiving inappropriate messages) and 1066online (for associating our Directory with spam messages).
