Stream House Bed & Breakfast dates back to 1800, built originally as 3 cottages, the house is full of character, with oak beams and inglenook fireplaces, yet offers every modern comfort for the discerning guest.

Situated in the East Sussex countryside between the historic towns of Hastings and Rye, Steam House Bed and Breakfast is ideally situated for a visit to the area.

We offer 3 en-suite rooms with luxury baths and showers. Our largest room has a super king bed or can be made up as a twin. We have a 5 star highly commended rating from the AA and feature in the premier collection for Hastings and the Best Bed and Breakfast Guide.

We offer all the facilities you would expect of a luxury Hastings Guest House; hand made toiletries. bath robes and slippers, flat screen TV, and complimentary chocolates and refreshments in the rooms.

Our cosy guest lounge / dining room has a roaring log fire in the winter months. You will be welcomed here with complimentary tea on arrival and you can enjoy a delicious breakfast of locally sourced produce, in this delightful room overlooking the stream.

Our charming garden has a meandering stream and koi pond. Relax on the deck, by the pond, or in a choice of delightful seats around the garden. Admire the countryside view, where baby lambs and bunnies play by day, and badgers roam at night.
