I was born in Hastings 26.4.59, but have been living in Germany the past 20 or so years. I wish I could get in touch with some of my old school mates. Any suggestions? I've just signed on so I'm looking forward to looking at the piccies and getting homesick! It's amazing how Hastings changes every time I go home.

I was in Hastings in 1986 for 4 weeks, miss both the place and the natives I got to know but haven´t spoken to for 16 years... Love the pictures, got really nostalgic. Now I realize that I have to go back soon. Thank You!!!

Hi. Did not wanted to repeat what Brigitte wrote but I feel the same. I was in Hastings 12 years ago and I feel homesick. And the more I look at these beautiful pictures, the more I feel bad. Thank you. You made me just buy tickets to come over. Best wishes.

Did't realize you can get homesick even if you've just been in Hastings twice in your life, both times about three weeks. I was there in 1973 and 1975 and I loved to be there. Now finding this page, I enjoyed the lovely photos of Hastings and as I said, I got really homesick! I think I will have to come again! Hope to find some more photos of Hastings soon! Perhaps some more of Westhill, the caves, Alexandra-Park. There was a disco called "Bonitas" - I wonder what became of it

I would like to congratulate you on your excellent website. I myself lived in a very small village 3 miles away from Battle a few years ago and it was nice seeing all the sites once again, especially when one is far away. I am writting to you as well as my mother has given me the task of finding a language school for my 14 year old brother for this summer, and I was pleases to finally find something when I so your list of schools. Unfortunately you have no e-mail address with them and I was wondering if you know if they would have a homepage or from any other languages schools in Hastings with whom I could get in contact with. I would like to help you for all your help in advance and congratulate you once again for a superb website and some fantastic photographs.
