Starting from the Old Town in Rock-a-Nore, Hastings Country Park rises across the East Hill through Ecclesbourne Glen and Fairlight Glen, then Waren Glen and the Firehills in Fairlight. North Seat and the Fairlight Road Picnic Site are also classed as part of the parkland.
